After an injury interrupted 2016 season Heath Tessmann will have his sights set on the starting hooker jersey as he enters his fifth season with the Road Safety Western Force. Tessmann has been one of the Force’s most consistent forwards since joining the club in 2013 and earned his 50th cap in the blue jersey against the Highlanders last season. The 32-year-old is a dynamic hooker who prides himself on his ability to get around the park and ability to get over the gain line with ball in hand. Tessmann was a force in the Buildcorp National Rugby Championship where we captained the Perth Spirit to the title and will look to carry that form into Super Rugby.
