2009 Club Competition
The Club Competition saw Perth Bayswater take out the Minor and Major Premierships again in 2009. Perth Bayswater defeated Cottesloe in the Grand Final 32 - 0 in what seems a one sided match by the scoreline but it was far from that. Although Cottesloe was missing Wallaroo Star Debby Hodgkinson due to knee surgery and State Players Kate Stoney and Angela Doyle.
Perth Bayswater's season was very strong with a consident squad of players week in week out. Their abitlity to dominate around the field from thier hard working forward pack with Lousie Smith, Fuarosa Time and Vanya Skellon to their slik and speedy backs, Stacey Kilmister, Sharnee Werahiko and Puawai Hohepa who was voted Fairest & Best in the Women's Competition in 2009.
RugbyWA Women's Committee would like to congratulate all Clubs for entering into the 2009 Competition and is looking forward to thier return in 2010.
