Nedlands has taken home the 3rd Grade Gold premiership, defeating Kalamunda 32-3 at McGillivray Oval today.
The sides traded possession and were unable to break through their oppositions defence in the first half and when the half time whistle was blown, the score was just three all.
It was Nedlands who broke the stalemate in the second half and dominated the play for the remainder of the game. Donnavin Robertson was the first across the try line for his side and was quickly joined on the try-scorers list by teammate Mitch Lake.
Chris Doherty converted both tries and added another penalty and Nedlands were ahead 20-3. With a further two tries added and another conversion for Nedlands, they were convincing winners of the 3rd Grade Gold premiership, 32-3.
